1. Introduction

This notice describes how personal data collected through greensteelvision.com is processed. The website does not use profiling or tracking cookies and does not automatically collect personal data. Personal data is collected exclusively when the user voluntarily fills in and submits one of the contact forms on the site.

2. Data collected

Through the contact forms on the Services and Contacts pages, we collect the following data voluntarily provided by the user:

• Full name
• Email address
• Company (optional, contact form only)
• Package of interest (booking form only)
• Free message or request

No payment data, health data, data relating to minors, precise geolocation data or other data belonging to special categories under Art. 9 GDPR is collected.

3. Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• responding to requests for information sent through the website forms;
• managing bookings for participation in the Green Steel Vision 2026 event;
• providing operational information about the event (times, venue, program changes).

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the explicit consent provided by the user when filling out the form (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR) and on the execution of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR).

5. Method of processing

Data is transmitted through the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com), which forwards it via email to info@greensteelvision.com without permanent storage on its servers. Received data is kept in the Controller's email system with appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

6. Data retention

Personal data collected through the forms is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the user's request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from collection, unless further legal obligations or the need to manage contractual relationships derived from the request apply.

7. Data recipients

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties or sold. It may only be processed by authorized personnel of the Controller and by technical providers (email providers, Hostinger hosting) acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

8. Data subject rights

Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, users have the right to:

• access their personal data;
• request rectification or update;
• request deletion (right to be forgotten);
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing;
• request data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
